About ten minutes for check-in: a five-step guided setup takes you from new event to ready for the door, and saves as you go. A branded attendee app takes an afternoon for a small event and a few days for a large multi-day conference — mostly gathering content you already have in spreadsheets.

Yes — that's the point of a platform. The badge in each attendee's app is the same badge your doors scan, and sessions, booths, leads and ratings all point back to one guest list. Start with one product and add the next when you're ready.
You pay per guest, per event: $1 a guest for Check-in, $1 a guest for the Attendee App, or $2 a guest for both (in India ₹80, ₹80 and ₹160, plus GST). Each event starts at 100 guests, so the smallest purchase is $100 (₹8,000) plus tax. There are no plans or feature tiers — every feature is included — and your team, door staff, exhibitors and sponsors are free. Prices exclude tax where it applies.
Add guests or the other product any time, by any number, and pay only the difference at the same price per guest — no fees, no penalties. If more guests arrive on the day than you planned, the doors keep working and we bill the extra guests afterwards at the same price.
Each purchase covers one event, which you can hold any time within 24 months. Live features stay on until 30 days after your event ends, and your reports and exports stay available for good.
Yes. You get a full refund within 14 days of buying as long as no invitations have gone out and nobody has joined your event in the app. Bought more guests than you need? Ask us before your event starts and we'll refund the difference. The full refund policy is linked below the checkout.
