Important Tickets Information:

1) If you’re purchasing below mentioned categories of tickets, please apply your discount coupon in cart area.
    1.a) Special Category – Paper Abstract Submitters
    1.b) Selected Paper/Poster Authors/Co-Authors
    1.c) Technical Program Committee Members
    1.d) Sponsors
    1.e) Steering Committee.

2) Academic Delegates / Students: Please choose the “Academic Delegate Tickets” for purchase. Follow the below procedure:
    2.a) In Checkout Area – Upload of University/Institute Identity Card is compulsory for Academic Delegates for purchasing ticket.
    2.b) ID card will be verified in detail by the conference team and will be accepted / rejected accordingly.
    2.c) Please upload valid ID card with neatly visible details in jpg, jpeg, png (or) pdf formats only.
    2.d) If in case rejected, your tickets will be cancelled and will be deemed invalid and a relevant refund amount will be provided. You will be communicated of the same before the event day. 
    2.e) If accepted, you will not hear from us. Consider your tickets as valid.

3) Quantities allowed:
    3.a) Industry Delegates category: Maximum quantity allowed at once per order is 4. If you need more, please select Industry Delegates BULK option.
    3.b) Industry Delegates Bulk category: Minimum quantity allowed at once per order is 5. Maximum: No limits.
    3.c) Academic Delegates category: Maximum quantity allowed at once per order is 1. If you need to register more people, please complete purchase of first ticket fully and then do the next one again from start. You need to upload your Academic ID card in the website. 
    3.d) Academic Contributors Bulk category: Minimum quantity allowed is 5. Maximum: No limits. Your Academic ID card will be checked at the Venue. 

4) Note on GST:

18% GST is added as an extra component to overall ticket price. Institutes / Companies requiring to file GST may enter their GST number in the checkout area to get the invoice with GST details printed on it.

If you’re visiting DVCon India 2024 Registration Website for the first time, please select the required ticket, add to cart, and then  proceed to checkout.

Your Account will be created automatically and credentials will be sent to your email after purchasing the ticket.

Only after this, you will be able to login to your My Account page.

Older login credentials of 2023 website will NOT work.  

Notes:

  1. At once, you may only add tickets of “Indian Participant” (or) “International Participant”. Both cannot be added to cart at once. Please complete the order for 1 category before ordering the other.
  2. Once you have completed the payment successfully, you will receive the Invoices & Tickets to your Email automatically. 
  3. The tickets purchaser (biller) will receive both the tickets and the Invoice. The Attendees will receive only the tickets.
  4. You may download the invoices by clicking on the Orders link in My Account Page. 
  5. You may download the tickets by clicking on the “Tickets” link in My Account Page. 
  6. If in case your payment was declined / failed, please check if any amount was deducted from your Bank / Credit card. If any discrepencies, please contact our team: [email protected]
